Contracttohire; ~640 contract hours (about 16 weeks) before potential conversion. Location: Onsite at 5025 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010.

What You'll Be Doing
Set up loan files and complete loan structure tasks in the Encompass LOS.
Review income docs (W2s, pay stubs) and asset statements for acceptability per policy.
Analyze credit reports and record findings.
Cross‑check policies/procedures to make the right accept/decline call on documents.
Perform accurate data entry/10‑key to keep files clean, consistent, and audit‑ready.
What Success Looks Like
Accuracy:
Documents accepted/declined correctly with minimal rework.
Speed & organization:
Complete, on‑time file setup and updates in Encompass.
Reliability:
You follow SOPs, surface questions early, and keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements Must have (nonnegotiable):
Experience reviewing credit reports and working with income/asset documentation (W2s, pay stubs, bank statements).
Ability to interpret and apply written policies and procedures.
Onsite availability in Carrollton, TX (Mon‑Fri, 8‑5).
Nice to have (teachable/optional):
Encompass experience.
Around 2 years of prior loan processing or similar mortgage operations experience.
Strong 10‑key/data entry and basic reporting comfort.
Pay, Schedule & Logistics
Pay:
$23 per hour.
Pay type:
Hourly (during contract).
Bonuses (after conversion):
$2,500 quarterly bonus potential once permanent.

Mon‑Fri, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (onsite).
