Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Griffin, GA. While some work can be completed from home, in‑person responsibilities such as client meetings, property viewings, and networking with buyers, sellers, and investors will require a physical presence. Daily tasks include assisting clients with buying or selling properties, conducting market research to provide helpful insights, creating strategies to meet client goals, preparing real estate contracts, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role prioritizes exceptional client service, collaboration, and achieving results tailored to each client’s needs.
Qualifications
Skills in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with local real estate markets, particularly South Metro Atlanta
Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Experience with rental properties, investment guidance, and property management is a plus
