Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Redondo Beach, CA. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for managing and closing property transactions, helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties. Daily tasks include sourcing new clients, hosting property showings, cultivating relationships with buyers and sellers, and staying updated on market trends. Some work from home opportunities are available for this role.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and general Sales practices
An active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of local real estate regulations
Strong abilities in Real Estate expertise and market analysis
Exceptional Customer Service and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and social media marketing, is a plus
Experience working in both independent and collaborative team environments
