A global investment manager is seeking a Finance Associate to support its growing real estate fund platform across the US. This role offers exposure to fund accounting, investor reporting, valuations, FP&A, and portfolio analytics.
Responsibilities
Maintain fund waterfalls, investor return analyses, and AUM calculations Support quarterly and annual fund financial reporting Support quarterly and annual valuation processes Monitor fund liquidity, cash forecasts, and execute investment fundings Assist with investor onboarding, due diligence requests, and quarterly investor reports Partner with FP&A to maintain fund models, update actuals, run scenarios, and support reporting Partner with third-party administrators on financial statements, capital calls, and investor reporting Assist with audits, tax processes, and technical accounting research Monitor FX exposure and compliance with financing agreements Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Comp:
110-125k base + bonus (commensurate with experience and performance)
