As a Leasing Consultant, you’re more than just the first point of contact — you’re the energy, the guide, and the problem-solver who helps people find their perfect space. If you're upbeat, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

Be the welcoming, professional face of our community

— whether in person, on the phone, or online, making every interaction count!

Create genuine connections

by truly listening to prospects and guiding them confidently to their perfect new home.

Lead fun, engaging tours

that highlight our property’s standout features and leave prospects excited to join the community.

Stay proactive

with timely follow-ups that turn interested prospects into happy, satisfied residents.

Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately , ensuring a seamless move-in experience.

Collaborate closely with the management team

to deliver clear resident communications, maintain daily reports, and power up marketing initiatives.

Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling

— always ready to impress and inspire.

Drive community buzz

every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.

Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns , making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.

What You’ll Bring:

A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people

Sales, leasing, or customer service experience

(preferred but not required — we train the right people)

Excellent

communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to

detail and organization

Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
