As designers, we specialize in public architecture and understand the needs of local government, community agencies, and the public they serve. Role: Recent College Graduate. We are looking for an Architectural Associate (recent graduate with up to 3 years of experience) who holds a professional degree in Architecture and is currently pursuing licensure. The ideal candidate will actively participate in conceptual design and provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle. Proficiency in Revit and experience with AutoCAD are essential. In this role, you will consult with Project Management, fellow architects, and consultants to develop design and construction documentation for projects. You will also coordinate with Project Management to devise appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. A strong interest in public architecture, particularly projects involving local and state government clients, is highly preferred. Minimum Qualifications
Recent graduate with up to three years of experience NAAB‑accredited professional degree in Architecture Interest in local government and community projects Strong organizational skills Interest in building relationships and supporting business development efforts of the firm Ability to present information to a variety of client, team, and community audiences Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Application Instructions
