Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs
Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients
Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Prepare and present detailed market analyses and property reports to clients
