Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Berkeley, CA, for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities of this role include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating leasing and sales transactions, developing and maintaining client relationships, and conducting property tours. The agent will also analyze market trends, provide strategic advice to clients, and collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives. Effective management of property listings and promotional efforts such as marketing campaigns will also be essential tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate transactions in the Bay Area
Possession of an active Real Estate License
Familiarity with Real Estate Brokerage practices and processes
Strong Sales skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic client solutions
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
Comfortable with writing, editing and document markup
