
As a key member of the People & Culture team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to designated sales areas across the United States. This role aligns people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development. The HRBP works closely with leaders and employees to deliver value-added HR services that reflect the values and business goals of Kerecis.
The HRBP is based on-site at a Kerecis office and reports to the Senior Director, Global Human Resources. This full-time role includes periodic travel within the United States.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership
Act as a sparring partner to leadership, providing guidance on organizational planning, talent strategy, and culture development
Collaborate with leaders to anticipate business challenges and deliver people solutions aligned with the People & Business Agenda
Use data and insights (e.g., performance, attrition, engagement) to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Talent & Organizational Development
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline
Partner with Leadership & Development teams to identify and implement training programs that support employee growth and leadership readiness
Lead or support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, M&A, and change management efforts
Employee Relations & Compliance
Provide coaching and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
Conduct or support investigations in collaboration with Legal and Ethics teams
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices
Culture & Engagement
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects company values
Promote employee engagement initiatives and support leadership in fostering a high-performance environment
Serve as a role model for confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with HR Shared Services (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, HRIS) to deliver seamless HR support
Assist with expatriate assignments and related HR matters as needed
Other responsibilities and tasks, including ad hoc administrative support, as assigned
Basic Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, talent development, and business partnership
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
Experience in sales or working with sales professionals is a plus
Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HRIS systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
