Critical Air Technologies is a solutions provider for critical environment airflow control in areas including hospital surgical and isolation rooms, higher education chemistry labs, and pharmaceutical labs. We serve California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and western Texas with Accutrol critical environment AccuValves, Vortek airflow monitoring solutions, and Antrum air quality monitoring systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated salesperson to handle critical environment controls sales in our Northern California territory. This position serves as the front‑line representative for our company. The primary objective is to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to boost sales and drive sustainable financial growth within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and engineers

Be proficient in Critical Air’s product offering

Understand the basics of a mechanical system and how it interacts with products represented by Critical Air Technologies

Be aware of market activity and potential sales opportunities

Book, create, and give well‑researched sales presentations tailored to the client's needs, anticipating and answering client questions

Negotiate project contracts with clients strategically keeping the company’s goals in mind, whether it be minimum profit margin, market recognition, or other predetermined project objectives

Build and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with all team members, clients, and vendors

Requirements Some Mechanical HVAC systems education or experience would be required. The position pays a salary plus a commission.
