Role Description This is a full-time, Entry-level Architectural Designer role based on-site in Greater St. Louis. This position will support project teams through all phases of design and documentation, working closely with project managers and senior architects. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking hands-on experience across a variety of healthcare, lab, and municipal projects within a highly collaborative small-firm environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from schematic design through project closeout

Prepare architectural drawings, details, and specifications using Revit

Coordinate with internal team members and external consultants (engineering, specialty consultants, etc.)

Support project managers with code research, zoning analysis, and regulatory requirements

Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and internal project reviews

Respond to redlines and incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently

Assist with construction administration tasks such as submittal reviews and RFIs

Maintain organized project files and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensed or unlicensed

Bachelor’s in architecture or higher

3-5 years of professional experience

Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD experience a plus

Experience in Bluebeam

Experience with healthcare projects is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Highly organized and dependable

Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

Comfortable working in a small firm environment where collaboration is essential
