Property Tax Associate
to join the team.

What you’ll do
Manage real estate property tax administration for a portfolio of primarily CRE properties in Texas, with limited out-of-state exposure
Prepare and negotiate assessment appeals with local jurisdictions
Analyze valuations and drive reductions in taxable value
Prepare appeal documentation, tax estimates, and savings reports
Attend and present at informal and formal appeal hearings
Review and approve client tax bills
Stay current on real estate and property tax market trends
Travel as needed for hearings, inspections, and client meetings
What they’re looking for
1–3 years of Commercial Real Estate property tax consulting or CRE appraisal experience
Multi-state property tax exposure is a plus
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Solid understanding of real estate valuation approaches (cost, sales, income)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage priorities and work independently while collaborating with a team
Texas Property Tax Consulting License (TDLR) preferred
