Role Description This is a full-time role for an Insurance Agent located in Sylva, NC, with the flexibility of occasional work-from-home options. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying customer insurance needs, offering tailored products and services, and building strong client relationships. The role includes selling insurance policies, managing existing accounts, processing renewals, and assisting customers with inquiries. Furthermore, the agent will ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional support.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage (But it is not required)
Knowledge of Finance and financial services
Strong Customer Service and client relationship-building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Relevant licensure for selling insurance products, or willingness to obtain licenses as required
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
