
Junior Digital Graphic Designer
Our client is looking for a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to create polished, on‑brand creative across email, web, and social—plus occasional in‑store graphics and print materials. You’ll work within established templates and brand guidelines while also developing fresh design concepts that engage customers and support marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong production skills, and can confidently manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Part‑time remote freelance role
What You’ll Do
Design and produce email creative, web assets, and social media content (organic and promotional)
Create and update in‑store graphics and print materials as needed (signage, inserts, retail collateral, etc.)
Work within existing templates while evolving layouts and creating new designs that stay on‑brand
Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional partners to align creative with campaign objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of graphic design experience
Experience working within a corporate fashion, beauty, or consumer products company—required
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design for email/web/social and solid typography/layout skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma experience a plus
Detail‑oriented with excellent file organization and production best practices
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work within deadlines
