The opportunity We’re hiring our first BDR in Barcelona to build Pensero’s outbound motion across Europe.

You’ll help define how we engage CTOs and engineering leaders across multiple markets — including Spain, the UK, Germany, France, and the Nordics. This is a founding GTM role with real autonomy and responsibility.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Sales, founders, and product team to test messaging, refine ICPs, and turn conversations into qualified opportunities.

If you want to grow fast, work in a high‑ownership environment, and help build a European sales engine from scratch, this role is for you.

We work hybrid: three days in our Barcelona office, two days remote.

What you'll do Opportunity Generation

Building and owning a list of high‑value enterprise, VC/PE backed software and fast growth scale ups and outsourced consulting target accounts.

Researching and mapping senior stakeholders (Founders, CEO’s, CTO, VP Eng, CIO, Head of Product)

Running personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone

Multi‑threading within large organizations

Following up on inbound leads from marketing and events

Understanding pain points around visibility, productivity, and performance

Revenue Operations

Maintaining clean, accurate CRM data

Working with growth engineers to automate research and outreach

Testing and improving messaging, cadences, and conversion rates

Supporting the rollout of new sales tools and workflows

Marketing & Events

Supporting major EU tech events and conferences

Running pre- and post‑event outreach campaigns

Helping amplify Pensero’s brand through and personal content

You'll love it here if you…

1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience in a fast‑paced SaaS or tech environment

Experience selling across European markets and technical buyers is a strong plus

Fluent English required (Spanish, French, German, or other EU languages are a strong bonus)

High ownership and self‑motivation

Data‑driven and outcome‑focused

Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to work smarter

Ambition to grow into an AE or Account Manager role

How we work

Hybrid rhythm:

Tuesdays & Thursdays on‑site in our offices, other days from home. It’s the best of both worlds: deep focus time plus high‑value in‑person collaboration.

Small, senior, sharp:

Fewer than 10 engineers, all senior. You’ll work directly with our co‑CEOs and skip the bureaucracy.
