Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Greater Orlando, with opportunities for some remote work. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, monitoring real estate market trends, managing transactions, and fostering strong client relationships. Day-to-day activities include consulting with clients, hosting open houses, negotiating contracts, and promoting properties through various marketing channels. Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and experience working within the real estate industry
Strong background in Customer Service and Sales, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including market trends and industry standards
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in utilizing technology and digital platforms for property promotion and client interaction
Reliable transportation and familiarity with the Greater Orlando market
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
