About Bricknest Bricknest is a construction × tech company making renovations predictable, transparent, and scalable. We deliver end-to-end home renovations across the Netherlands and power the process with our own Bricknest platform (estimates, contracts, project management, subcontractors' bidding and financial transparency). We’re a fast-growing team of 13 people across sales, planning, execution, and product.

The Role We’re looking for a commission-based Account Executive to expand our sales capacity and support our Sales Director with a growing volume of leads. You will close high-value renovation projects (projects range from €15k to €500k, median budget ~€55k) and also sell Bricknest software subscriptions to contractors (we charge €399/month) to feed the supply side of the marketplace.

You will work with:

Warm inbound leads from homeowners and commercial organizations for renovations

Contractors looking to start using our platform and receive access to bidding on our projects

Key Responsibilities

Run discovery calls, qualify leads, and close renovation projects.

Work with estimators, project managers, and subcontractors to create accurate proposals and quotes.

Manage the pipeline end-to-end: follow-ups, objections, stakeholder alignment, and contract signing.

Protect deal quality: pricing discipline, scope clarity, and clean handovers to operations.

Sell Bricknest software subscriptions to contractors and onboard them into the platform.

Build and maintain partner relationships (lead sources and referrals).

Help project managers deal with difficult clients.

Requirements

Proven sales experience (construction/renovation/real estate is a strong advantage).

Dutch and English fluency (Dutch required).

Strong communication skills and confidence in consultative selling.

Self‑motivated and disciplined with pipeline management and follow‑up.

Comfortable working commission‑based with high ownership and independence.

CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus).
