Job Description
The Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is seeking a full-time Registered/Certified Peer Recovery Specialist who would provide non-clinical, person-centered wellness focused support to engage clients within the MAT program. The Peer Recovery Specialist position would share their first-hand lived experiences with recovery to inspire hope, increase engagement in treatment and in their communities and support consumers in articulating personal goals for wellness, recovery resiliency, and self-advocacy.
Qualifications
Must have a mental health or substance use disorder that has impacted your life for two years or more and identify a year in recovery.
Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist.
Compensation Starting Hourly Rate: $16.26—Depending on Experience.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional Compensation Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
