We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Agent in New Jersey. No prior real estate experience is required. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are currently working toward their New Jersey real estate license or planning to begin the licensing process soon.
This is a performance-based role for individuals who are comfortable with proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and building client relationships. We provide structured training, mentorship, and proven systems to help new agents succeed quickly once licensed.

Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointment & close for exclusive buyer agency agreement in residential real estate transactions. Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure fiduciary service to all buyer clients. Assist buyer clients in identifying their property needs and preferences to tailor property searches effectively. Ensure that buyer clients are financially ready through a pre-approved letter with mortgage lender or other similar authorities for cash offer. Educate buyer clients about the home buying process, market conditions, pricing, and neighborhoods. Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research. Show homes to prospective home buyer clients. Identify and show homes that meet buyers’ criteria. Schedule showings of home with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers. Refine buyers’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary. Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information. Close buyer client to written offers to purchase. Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers and counteroffers for buyer clients. Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee the entire negotiation process. Coordinate inspections, attorney review, appraisals, and closings with buyer clients and vendors. Negotiate all inspection repairs. Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspection & etc. Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and/or emails. Regularly assure buyer clients are involved and informed - Promote the team concept. Keep the lead agent informed on all client communications and developments (copies on all emails & update notes). Train, mentor and assist in the hiring of additional buyer’s agents and showing assistance. Communicate diligently to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close. Ensure compliance with New Jersey real estate laws and brokerage policies Production & Activity Expectations
Sales Agents are expected to actively participate in lead generation and follow-up activities. Consistency and accountability are key to success. Lead Sourcing & Generation
Generate buyer leads through approved methods, including:
Database outreach and follow-up. Open houses and property showings. Networking, referrals, and community involvement. Social media and digital outreach. Follow up with new and existing leads daily. Maintain accurate records and communication history.
Daily & Weekly Activities
Conduct buyer consultations (virtual or in-person) Schedule and attend property showings (once licensed) Respond promptly to client and lead inquiries Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching Track and report activity and performance metrics as required Qualifications
Reside in New Jersey Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable, motivated, and professional Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile tools Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Training & Support
Structured onboarding for new and license-in-process agents. One-on-one mentorship from experienced Buyer’s Agents. Training on lead generation, follow-up, buyer consultations, and contracts. Ongoing education on NJ transaction processes and negotiations. Compensation & Growth
