The Opportunity
The incoming broker will have the ability to: Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and developers Advise clients on the development and execution of customized real estate investment strategies, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and risk profile. Conduct in-depth analysis of property ownership records, market intelligence, and prevailing industry trends Operate with meaningful autonomy while having full operational support Participate in industry and networking events to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key real estate professionals. This is not a siloed brokerage seat — the role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of a deal, from sourcing through execution and asset strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile
