We’re a locally owned AAA insurance agency in Waterford, MI. We’re stable, busy, and growing, and we’re looking for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys sales, values strong client relationships, and wants a better work environment.

What you’ll do
Service auto and home insurance clients
Handle policy changes, billing questions, and documents
Quote and follow up on new business leads
Build trust and retain good clients
Refer life insurance when it makes sense
What we’re looking for
Active Michigan P&C license preferred
Comfortable with sales conversations and follow-up
Strong communication and customer-first mindset
Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented
What you’ll get
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Office closed daily from 1 to 2 for lunch
Paid holidays and PTO
Matching SIMPLE IRA retirement plan up to 3 percent
Base pay plus commissions and bonuses
