JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing a team of Asset Management reps throughout the country along with overseeing a territory. Continuous improvement and training will be a high priority as the department develops. Help develop new tools and strategies to increase pallet recoveries and reduce loss.

Duties And Responsibilities

Train, develop, and oversee team of Asset Management Reps in the field to maximize returns.

Build and develop recycler relationships at the decision maker level.

Work with the team to create strategy to recover as many “falcons” as possible (pallets with GPS embedded).

Develop operation control and asset protection.

Oversee Asset Management to ensure that our assets are protected and coming back into the iGPS network.

Generate new agreements for pallet returns and help standardize the process.

Manage stray pallet recoveries.

Apply forensic skills – recover pallets while working with customer and retail teams to plug holes moving forward.

Perform other duties as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages Asset Management Field Representatives.

Qualifications

At least two years of college or related field or equivalent job experience.

Previous management experience is required.

Computer skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of Operations, distributor supply chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Warehouse operation.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

Required to stand: Frequently – 25% to 75% of the job.

Required to walk: Frequently – 25% to 75% of the job.

Required to sit: Frequently – 25% to 75% of the job.

Travel – 20% of the job.

Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs., push and pull up to 12 lbs., and have proper hearing, vision and speech capabilities.
