Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch + 2 Breaks

Now, we offer multi-brand products like Endless Rose, English Factory, Gray Lab, and Free the Roses. We offer well-designed and valued fashion goods to our consumers.

We are looking for a talented Production Assistant to join our team!
What you will do :
Confirm styles ready to be shipped (RFM)
Receive and organize incoming styles according to the Shipping Plan
Share shipping methods (Shipping Mode) by vendor
Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics
Place price ticket orders and check invoices
Issue, update, and organize Purchase Orders (POs) in Google Sheets
Lead and manage production timelines for each PO
Maintain and track all PO statuses via personal WIP tools
Confirm bulk prices with vendors
Send and follow up on bulk comments
Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance
Monitor and follow up on fit status for ongoing production
What are we looking for:
3 years' experience in apparel production or a related field preferred
3 years experience in Import apparel production is require
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic Excel functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset
Ability to work flexible hours during shoots or events
