Relationship Banker - Recent Grad

hands‑on introduction to personal and business banking , with full training provided.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a point of contact for individual and business clients

Conduct professional conversations to understand client needs

Assist with account setup, documentation, and onboarding

Support client questions and daily banking operations

Learn to connect clients with specialists for additional services

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related field preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional presence and comfort interacting with clients

Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

Previous internships, customer service, or office experience a plus
