Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Generating and nurturing buyer and seller leads
Conducting buyer consultations and listing appointments
Negotiating contracts and guiding clients through closing
Hosting open houses and property showings
Managing and maintaining your pipeline within our CRM
Collaborating with marketing on listing launches and promotion
Participating in team meetings, training, and accountability sessions
Building and maintaining strong community relationships
Work Schedule This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Agents operate with flexibility, but availability for client needs on nights and weekends is expected. Team meetings and collaborative work sessions are held regularly in our Bucktown office.
Pay Structure This is a 100% commission-based role with no base salary. Compensation is directly tied to closed transactions. Commission splits and team support structure will be discussed during the interview process.
In 2025, six agents on our team collectively closed more than $1.2 million in gross commission income, providing a clear example of the earning potential within our platform. Individual results vary based on production, consistency, and business development efforts, but our systems, support, and collaborative environment are designed to help agents grow sustainable, high-income businesses.
Time Off As an independent contractor, you have flexibility in structuring your schedule, subject to client needs and transaction timelines.
Personal Equipment Agents are expected to provide their own reliable vehicle, laptop, and phone necessary to conduct business effectively in and out of the office.
