
Our client, a leading real estate firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee tenant projects, operations and financials. You will be managing budgets and schedules and ensuring seamless coordination between teams. This role requires a proactive leader with strong project management experience in real estate, construction, or development.
Responsibilities
Oversee tenant projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
Manage construction meetings, project bids, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Ensure architectural plans, permits, and regulatory requirements are met.
Conduct site visits, track project progress, and address any challenges.
Collaborate with leasing, finance, and operations teams to provide accurate project pricing and reporting.
Approve invoices, manage budgets, and ensure financial accuracy.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in property management, construction, or project management.
Strong knowledge of real estate development, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management software and financial tracking.
Detail-oriented with a strategic and proactive mindset.
