Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations for properties located in the Rancho Cordova area. This role is ideal for someone with property management experience who enjoys working with tenants, vendors, and ownership while keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily property operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors
Communicate professionally with tenants regarding inquiries, notices, and concerns
Support rent collection, notices, and basic accounting tasks
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and documentation
Maintain accurate property records and files
Support the Property Manager with projects and reporting as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in Commercial property management or real estate preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working with property management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
