We are looking for a dynamic North America Sales Aftermarket & OE Finance Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday weekly, offering the perfect balance of collaborative face-time and flexible remote work.
In this pivotal role, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be the primary finance partner for our North America Aftermarket and OE Sales team(s). You will provide the strategic financial leadership necessary to drive profitable growth and play a lead role in shaping commercial strategy—from high-stakes pricing negotiations and rebate process optimization to full financial lifecycle analysis for new OE program launches.
Maximize revenue, margin, and cash flow across Aftermarket and OE channels
Support sales leadership with data-driven financial insights
Strengthen pricing discipline, discount governance, rebate process and profitability analysis
Improve forecasting accuracy and support IBP process
Act as a trusted finance business partner to Sales and Commercial leadership
Sales Finance & Business Partnership
Serve as the primary finance partner for North America Aftermarket and OE Sales teams
Support commercial strategy development, including pricing, product mix, and channel profitability
Provide financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
Translate financial results into clear insights and actionable recommendationsSupport OE program launches with full financial lifecycle analysis
Evaluate aftermarket initiatives such as promotions, discount programs, and rebate strategies
Ensure adherence to pricing governance and approval processes
Forecasting, Budgeting & Performance Management
Partner with Sales to develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans
Analyze sales performance versus plan, identifying risks and opportunities
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track revenue, margin, and customer profitability
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to align cost, pricing, demand and capacity
Partner with Accounting on revenue recognition, accruals, and variance analysis with the concentration of rebate programs
Support Legal and Commercial teams on contract reviews and financial terms
Work with Plant controller to consolidate Americas P&Ls
Leadership & Process Improvement
Improve sales finance processes, tools, and data quality
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives (systems, automation, analytics)
Mentor junior analysts or finance team members as applicable
Education
College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required.
Experience Required
8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, sales finance, or commercial finance
5-7 years of management experience
Strong experience supporting Sales organizations
Demonstrated experience with pricing, margin analysis, and rebate programs
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP, Snowlakes, & Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or CPA/CMA preferred
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or engineered products
Direct experience with both Aftermarket and OE business models
Experience supporting North America commercial organizations
