We are currently seeking a Draftsperson to join our team in a full-time, on-site (non-remote). This position plays a key part in translating design intent into accurate, build-ready shop drawings.
Responsibilities
Produce detailed shop drawings for custom architectural woodwork projects
Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and specifications
Coordinate with project managers and shop personnel
Revise drawings based on field conditions, client feedback, and fabrication needs
Maintain drawing standards and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Experience drafting architectural woodwork or custom millwork
Proficiency in relevant drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar)
Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction methods
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
