4–8 years professional architectural experience. Advanced Revit proficiency (families, modeling, coordinated CD sets). Experience on K–12 or institutional projects. Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and codes. Ability to coordinate with MEP/structural consultants. Skilled in producing SD → DD → CD documentation. Strong communication; able to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred
Progress toward architectural licensure (or licensed). Experience with Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe. Familiarity with LEED/CHPS/WELL or other sustainability frameworks. Skills
