Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and codes. Ability to coordinate with MEP/structural consultants. Skilled in producing SD → DD → CD documentation. Strong communication; able to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred
Progress toward architectural licensure (or licensed). Experience with Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe. Familiarity with LEED/CHPS/WELL or other sustainability frameworks. Skills
