We are seeking an experienced
Mortgage Loan Processor
to join our team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, preparing mortgage loan files, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with all mortgage regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and process mortgage loan applications.
Communicate with borrowers to collect required documentation.
Maintain accurate and updated loan files.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely loan approvals.
Manage deadlines to ensure efficient loan processing.
Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
Prior experience in mortgage processing and the mortgage industry.
Strong understanding of loan processing, underwriting, and compliance.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type Full‑time, on‑site
Compensation $65,000 – $100,000 annually (base salary plus commission)
Requirements
Must be able to commute to Troy, MI. Remote work is not available.
