This is a Monday through Friday position that is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (M-W in office, Th & F working remotely)

Account Services Analyst Analysts within Account Services are responsible for performing a variety of customer-related activities for the South Region Pipelines including:

Preparation and evaluation of monthly invoices in compliance with Tariffs and SOx controls.

Training internal/external customers about details on services offered, information and reports available.

Responding to and resolving invoicing inquiries and issues.

Review and reporting of Account Receivables.

Support existing and identify new business solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure customer invoices are processed accurately and timely in compliance with all South Region’s Pipeline tariffs.

Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal and external customer questions and/or issues related to invoicing.

Training of internal/external customers regarding transportation service details, information available to customers, and use of pipeline proprietary transportation systems.

Monitoring transportation contract imbalances and assisting customers with the resolution of those imbalances.

Monitoring Operational Flow Orders and reporting on customer impact.

Support revenue and allocation processes within proprietary transportation system (DART).

Responsible for compliance with all internal SOX controls, including documentation of process flows, identification of risks, implementations of controls mitigating such risk, and evidence of process compliance as it relates to invoicing.

Assist Commercial and Financial Planning teams with monitoring revenue and customer activities.

Generate revenue reports and other reports as needed and be able to track performance during the course of the year.

Fosters strong relationships with all levels of Management, Marketing, Asset Optimization, Measurement, Rates, Regulatory Affairs, Transportation and Storage Services, Legal, Contract Services, Financial Planning, and Accounting.

Regular interaction with Financial Planning and Accounting groups regarding forecasting, revenue reporting and revenue variance explanation.

Other duties as assigned.
