HR Specialist
to join our growing team in Bryn Mawr, PA. This permanent position will support daily human resources operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and experienced working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain personnel files and HRIS records accurately
Assist with benefits enrollment, questions, and vendor coordination
Support employee relations matters and elevate issues as needed
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation
Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and offer letters
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
Support training initiatives and performance management programs
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employee data
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or specialist capacity
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
