Construction Practice . Here you’ll work on impactful mid- to senior-level searches, sharpen your consultative skills, and build long-term industry expertise inside a nationally recognized search firm.

What You’ll Do
Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Build and deepen talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, research tools, referrals, and strategic outbound calling
Conduct consultative phone interviews with mid- to senior-level professionals
Partner closely with senior recruiters and leadership on targeted search strategies
Manage and grow relationships with passive candidates in a highly competitive market
Maintain strong database discipline within our ATS/CRM system
Drive consistent activity metrics while delivering quality submissions

3+ years of recruiting experience (agency preferred)
Experience with sourcing, outbound recruiting, and passive candidate engagement
Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily
Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to increase earnings
Organized, process-oriented, and detail-driven
Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
