The position offers location flexibility within Germany. The firm is headquartered in Frankfurt, where the team meets once per month.
The Role You will join a senior team focused on
end-to-end executive search mandates
at C‑suite and board level. The role is clearly search-driven, with responsibility for leading complex assignments, managing senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes in close collaboration with partners.
Assignments span industrial, technology and consumer-focused organizations, often in international or private-equity-backed contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute retained executive search mandates from briefing to placement
Act as a trusted advisor to clients at Board and C‑suite level throughout the search process
Structure searches, define target markets and identify relevant leadership profiles
Personally conduct senior-level candidate interviews and assessments
Prepare clear, decision‑ready shortlists and candidate reports for boards and owners
Manage candidates through offer, closing and onboarding phases
Contribute to client relationship development and repeat business
Mentor and support junior consultants and researchers
Your Background You bring significant experience (approx. 7–20 years), with a strong portion in Executive Search, for example:
Consultant / Principal / Director / Partner experience in a leading Executive Search firm (global or high-quality boutique)
Strong exposure to C‑suite and board-level searches, ideally in Industry, Technology or Consumer
Alternatively, a senior leadership or advisory background combined with some experience in search
