. Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensivecounterintelligence inquiries according to legal status, IC and DoD policies and procedures. Identifying, evaluating, performing, and reportingon threats to agency equities using extensive knowledge of agency, IC and DoD policies and directives. Safeguarding allcase files andwritingdetailed reports and referrals toappropriate governmentagencies. Providing investigative support for espionage damage assessments. Conducting CI assessments and referrals of personnel for IC indicators and for CI incidents asappropriate, to include FBI 811 referrals.These duties include a comprehensive review of personnel records tovalidateor invalidate assertion of CI indicators; assessing and documenting CI vulnerabilities associated with agency personnel;identifyingCI concerns andpossiblemitigationswithin SEAD-4 National Security Adjudicative Guidelines; and conducing CI case support for federal investigative agencies. Managing and preparing detailed reports, based on existing investigative documentation, existing electronic databases of foreign intelligence contact information, and other CI inquiries and assessments. Routinely briefing and providing investigative leads to theGTMas necessary. Ability to travel worldwide. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’sdegreeand10+years of relevant experience with Intelligence and/or Counterintelligence. In lieu of a Bachelor’s:Associates’degree and15+yearsofrelevant experiencewithIntelligence and/or Counterintelligence. Successful completion of a state or federal/military law enforcement academy or counterintelligence academy/formal training curriculum. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inforeign area studies, International Relations, security studies, History, Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, Space Systems, or Political Science. Knowledge,familiarity, and/or training in adjudicative guidelines outlined in ICD 704. Clearance Requirements

Musthave a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph. Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchangeaccurateinformation in these situations.
