JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will be responsible for communicating changes to the customer’s digital experience. In this role you will help to create and articulate the value of the enhancements and changes we are making to our digital products. This includes documenting those changes through various forms of media, not limited to release notes, short form videos, and collaborating with marketing on formal customer communication. A successful candidate can help us build excitement about the enhancements to our products and help tell the story of “what’s new?”
Overview Work closely with and be a part of our Digital Product team, helping to drive innovation for our customers. Our applications suite covers an extensive range of capabilities that our customers rely on a day-to-day basis and expect frequent new features.
As we are global company, there are times when there is a need to collaborate with colleagues in other time zones, so occasional meetings outside of typical working hours can occur.
Responsibilities
Content Development & Resource Management: Prepare launch kits and collateral for new product releases. Maintain and update product documentation and enablement content in a centralized knowledge base. Generate short-form content highlighting key capabilities through videos.
Commercial and Customer Account Teams Enablement: Coordinate and deliver product training sessions for sales, customer success, and support teams. Ensure consistent messaging and positioning by collaborating with Product Marketing and Digital Product Management.
Feedback & Performance Tracking: Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, including product teams as it relates to the user and customer experience. Suggest to product teams enhancements from feedback sessions and reporting. Monitor adoption and usage of digital products.
Experience
Preferred minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or product.
Experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors.
Working on enterprise-level platforms.
Skills
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Change management.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage diverse workload independently.
The typical starting salary range for this position is: $59,220 - $84,600. The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.

Work Location Requirement – APL Logistics
Employees residing within 25 miles of an APL Logistics Hub Office (AZ, FL, MI, NC, OR) are required to follow a designated Hybrid schedule as described below: Fully on-site, or fully remote schedules are determined based on role and business needs.
Hybrid employees must report to the office 8 days per month, scheduled by their supervisor.
Warehouse roles are typically fully on-site.
Candidates outside the 25-mile radius may be considered for fully remote roles, depending on business needs.
Remote work requires full compliance with company policies, including workspace standards, timekeeping, and communication protocols. Commuting costs are not reimbursed. Adherence to this policy is a condition of employment.
