The Role We are looking for a
strategic, analytically driven Growth Analyst
to fuel our tech sales engine. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data into direction, insights into action, and concepts into compelling stories that win over decision-makers. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to design go-to-market strategies, craft ROI-backed business cases, and build presentations that get noticed — and remembered.
What You’ll Do
Analyze sales, customer, and market data
to identify growth opportunities, forecast trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Build high-impact go-to-market decks that are clear, concise, visually engaging, and positioned for executive-level review.
Develop financial models, ROI calculators, and performance dashboards that make the value proposition undeniable and easy to understand.
Translate complex ideas or product concepts into persuasive, bullet-proof narratives that move prospects and stakeholders to action.
Support the Sales Team with competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, pricing analysis, and opportunity sizing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align insights with Marketing campaigns, Product roadmaps, and Sales motions.
Continuously evaluate and refine growth strategies through data, feedback loops, and testing models.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst, Growth Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or similar analytics-driven role.
Strong ability to build compelling, succinct GTM presentations that tell a story and stand out.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel— you can build models, automate workflows, and make spreadsheets “sing.”
Proven experience building ROI models, business cases, forecasts, and data-backed recommendations.
Exceptional storytelling ability — you connect data, logic, and value into a narrative that persuades.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
MBA preferred
(or equivalent experience demonstrating advanced business acumen).
