$110,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities
Project Management: Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring completion within budget, on time, and in accordance with all relevant regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring efficient project execution. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a positive work environment.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs to stay within allocated budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, change orders, and other records. Prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of construction experience with a strong background in managing and supervising projects.
Proven expertise as a Superintendent, with solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Federal Government Construction experience, particularly US Army Corps of Engineers projects, and familiarity with relevant regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities; capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment.
