Overview This role involves managing and maintaining a CubeSmart Self Storage property, ensuring excellent customer service and upkeep of the facility.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to identify self‑storage needs and provide appropriate solutions, delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service.

Interact face‑to‑face with customers, build rapport, and meet monthly sales goals and metrics.

Walk the property for lock checks, show units, and handle the leasing process.

Accept payments using the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, complete daily bank deposits and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.

Perform physical tasks such as daily property walks, cleaning units, opening/closing doors, mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and maintaining landscaping and facility safety.

Qualifications

Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.

Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work Saturdays and, if required, Sundays.

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation $18.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
