Qualifications
Proven skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
Experience with Lease Administration and managing leases
Strong Communication skills for interacting with residents and potential tenants
Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site residential community environmentAttention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in property management software or related tools is a plus
