Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Baltimore,MD. The Assistant Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations. Responsibilities include assisting with administrative functions, addressing tenant concerns, coordinating property maintenance, and supporting the Property Manager in achieving occupancy and financial goals. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this role. Qualifications
Property management skills, including rent collection, lease management, and tenant relations Administrative support skills, including organization, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records Customer service and communication skills, ensuring positive interactions with residents and staff Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle tenant issues and operational challenges effectively Proficiency in property management software and basic computer applications Familiarity with local and federal housing regulations is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in property management or a similar role is an advantage; LIHTC experience preffered
