We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Property Management Recruiter
with full-cycle recruiting experience. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of properties and building operations positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with hiring managers, and is skilled at identifying top talent through multiple recruiting channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Screen and qualify candidates for positions such as:
Administrative Assistants
Concierge / Front Desk Staff
Janitorial Staff
Maintenance Technicians
Building Operations Personnel
Partner closely with property managers to understand staffing needs
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Process background checks and initiate drug test scheduling
Administer and manage new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, and employee referrals
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
MUST be Fluent in Spanish.
Previous experience in screening/interviewing is a must.
Full-Time Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: Up to $63K DOE
