We are seeking an experienced Retirement Business Analyst with strong expertise in retirement systems, Agile/Scrum delivery, and project management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating retirement business needs into clear, actionable requirements while supporting Agile delivery and project execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a strong focus on retirement or financial services.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid understanding of retirement products and processes.
Experience supporting or managing projects alongside formal project managers.
Strong skills in requirements documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
