Independent Contractors (1099) . This is a 100% commission‑based role designed for an entrepreneurial professional who wants the backing of a trusted brand without the red tape of a massive corporate firm.

Lead the end‑to‑end process for leasing and sales, from site selection to closing.
Market Analysis:
Stay ahead of trends in the Englewood and greater North Jersey market to provide expert advice to clients.
Relationship Building:
Act as a trusted advisor to property owners and business tenants, fostering long‑term partnerships.
Qualifications
Active NJ Real Estate License (Required).
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
You understand that this is a 1099 role where your income is directly tied to your production.
Commercial Experience:
Prior experience in commercial leasing or sales is highly preferred.
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Bergen County/North Jersey commercial landscape.
Strong Communication:
Ability to negotiate complex deals and present professionally to stakeholders.
