Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Leasing Professional based in Lewisville, TX. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through leasing processes, maintaining positive relationships with current residents, administering leases, and promoting resident retention. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, handling lease agreements, addressing resident inquiries, and ensuring property occupancy goals are met. The role may also involve contributing to overall property marketing and community engagement efforts.
Qualifications
Experience with Resident Retention and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
Knowledge and expertise in Lease Administration and the leasing process
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in property management software and tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or property management is a plus
Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred but not required
