About The Role We’re hiring a senior full‑cycle recruiter to run searches across Revenue, GTM (Pre/Post Sales – Solutions Architect roles) with secondary coverage for G&A as bandwidth allows (Marketing, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, Executive Support). You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, run efficient recruiting processes, and deliver strong, vetted pipelines on tight timelines.
What You’ll Do
Own full‑cycle hiring for GTM and Biz/Ops roles: intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and close.
Flex to G&A requisitions (as bandwidth permits): build pipelines and run structured processes for Finance, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, and Executive Support.
Advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality.
Run structured, fair processes: create scorecards, case studies/assignments, and interviewer rubrics; improve pass‑through quality.
Source proactively (outbound, referrals, communities, events) and activate employer brand moments tailored to GTM and G&A talent.
Operate by the numbers: forecast time‑to‑slate/fill, track funnel health, and communicate risks with options.
Champion candidate experience from first touch to close; ensure timely comms and inclusive, transparent processes.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance (headcount/comp), and Legal (compliance) to keep hiring tight and compliant.
Continuously improve: templatize briefs, refine interview kits, and share market intel (titles, comp, geo) with stakeholders.
Who You Are
7–10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, including GTM (Marketing/Revenue) and Business & Operations roles in high‑growth tech or adjacent industries.
Demonstrated success recruiting G&A roles (Finance, Legal, People/HR, Admin/EA, IT, Procurement).
Success hiring across Manager/Director levels and hard‑to‑fill specialties.
Expert intake/calibration skills; you translate fuzzy needs into crisp profiles and assessment plans.
Strong offer strategy/closing chops with data‑informed guidance on compensation, leveling, and risk tradeoffs.
Data fluency: manage a funnel, forecast timelines, and drive decisions with metrics.
Systems: ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Tableau.
Context switching: ability to move seamlessly between GTM and G&A portfolios while maintaining quality and speed.
