Merganser Capital Management is seeking a talented and motivated Relationship Management Associate to join our Boston, MA office. This highly visible and critical role supports our Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients, prospects, and consultants. As a Relationship Management Associate, you will be part of a dynamic and growing firm, working alongside a team of experienced professionals dedicated to serving the fixed income needs of institutional clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and client‑focused environment while building a rewarding career in investment management. Key Responsibilities:

Client Service Support:

Create, assemble, and review presentation materials for client meetings Administer Merganser’s profile in Investment and other consultant and third‑party databases Complete monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables; continuously manage internal reporting tool used for tracking client reporting requirements Maintain internal CRM system. Utilize data from multiple sources to ensure client information is accurately reflected. Assist with populating RFPs, DDQs, and other client/prospect requests Assist with scheduling meetings and travel logistics Work closely with Relationship Managers, portfolio accounting, trade operations and other internal teams Assist with client service initiatives and projects Attend morning trading meeting; proactively track important client updates / outstanding initiatives Client Communication:

Provide information about products, services, and company policies Resolve client issues and support ad‑hoc requests as needed Other Potential Responsibilities:

Research complex client inquiries Monitor communication from custodian banks Develop and implement process improvements Skills and qualifications:

Four‑year college degree (bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics preferred) 3+ years of relevant experience working within client service and/or operations; preferably with an institutional asset manager Well organized, with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day Responsive and effective communicator, both verbal and written Enjoy collaborating and being a part of a team that strives for excellent client service Eager to learn about the industry and our firm, embraces a fast‑paced, hands‑on work environment Tech savvy, with proficiency to quickly learn new technology tools, platforms, and software Are open to feedback and coaching Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation includes generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, hybrid work and paid time off.
