About the Opportunity A top‑ranked, globally recognized law firm is seeking a Client Revenue Analyst (Billing + Collections) to join its expanding Midtown Manhattan office. This is a high‑visibility, business‑critical role ideal for someone who excels in full‑cycle billing and enjoys partnering directly with Partners, legal operations teams, and firm leadership.

In this position, you will own the end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) process, serving as the firm’s go‑to expert on billing and collections strategy. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally across practice, finance, and operations teams, driving process excellence and making a direct, measurable impact on revenue performance. What You’ll Do As a Client Revenue Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the full revenue cycle—from client/matter intake through billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Finance Business Partner to practice leaders and Partners, advising on inventory management, realization, lock‑up reduction, and billing strategy.

Serve as the in‑market Q2C owner, guiding attorneys and staff through processes, policies, and billing tools.

Coordinate intake, billing, and collections activities across shared service centers, local teams, and global finance groups.

Ensure compliance with Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines and assist with troubleshooting billing system or e‑billing issues.

Partner with client legal operations teams, strategic pricing, practice managers, and leadership to ensure invoices meet client requirements.

Support special projects, process improvements, and firmwide revenue initiatives.

Collaborate with regional and global business support teams to drive best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Hands‑on experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Collections, or Shared Services.

Prior exposure to professional services, especially legal or consulting, is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with billing systems and e‑billing platforms.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global and cross‑functional teams.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
