Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Brunswick, NJ, for a Technical Recruiter specializing in bench sales. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying and hiring qualified candidates, and building strong relationships with clients and consultants. The recruiter will focus on sourcing and placing candidates for technical positions while maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
Experience in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting practices
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
